WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!

1. Our approximate lead-time for all wholesale orders is between 2 - 4weeks. It is the customer's responsibility to review the order confirmation to ensure accuracy of items ordered, shipping address, time constraints, and other special instructions.. Refunds are not available, only in house credit. Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable if item is cancelled after 10 days.



2. Three E Designs, LLC does not offer extended terms. Credit Card - A credit card is required to confirm your order. Items are charged as they ship without notice, unless otherwise requested. A $30 fee is charged for returned/NSF checks. Fraudulent/NSF checks or fraudulent credit card payments are subject to Georgia law as well as all fees incurred in the pursuit of such payments.



3. Three E Designs reserves the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Prices on confirmed orders remain the same regardless of any increase. Shipping, packaging, and crating fees are not included in the price. 

5. Damages: All merchandise must be unpacked and inspected within 48 hours of delivery. Damaged items must be reported to [email protected], with pictures of damaged products and shipping boxes. Damaged items and it’s packaging MUST be held for pickup by UPS unless otherwise instructed via email. All merchandise must be returned in the original box and packing material in order to obtain a replacement or credit. Merchandise should always be packed securely to avoid any additional damages during the return shipment. All claims are inspected to determine if damages are due to customer negligence. Replacement will be shipped promptly upon availability. We appreciate your business!

6. ALL orders should be placed through our website as emails tend to get overlooked at times. We cannot guarantee shipment of special orders if the order is not placed on our website.

7. "Changing a design, color scheme or size will certainly delay your order. We don't mind special orders but please understand they may take longer to process. We reserve the right to refuse special orders that do not comply with our brand.

8. Each piece of pottery is hand made so therefore things can happen beyond our control and could possibly delay an order from going out within the expected time.

9. PLEASE NOTE THAT  ERICH'S SKETCHES ARE  NOT EXCLUSIVE  WITH ANY RETAIL LOCATION OR ZIP CODE. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MAKE ANY CHANGES TO A SKETCH AT ANYTIME. WHEN ORDERING A NEW SKETCH FOR THE FIRST TIME THERE IS A 10 PIECE MINIMUM. AFTER THAT, THERE IS NO MINIMUM RE-ORDER. 

11. EACH PIECE OF POTTERY IS HAND MADE AND WILL NOT TURN OUT EXACTLY THE SAME EACH TIME.

12. ZIP CODE PROTECTION:  You must maintain a stock inventory of at least 75% of our pottery line in order to maintain trade area protection. The cancellation of any purchase order by a customer may result in the revocation of that store's territory protection.  Only stocking a few of our pieces will not give you zip code protection. We reserve the right to sell to any retailer in any zip code.

13. SPECIAL ORDERS may take up to 14 - 18 days to process.
